How to ADD Floating/Pop-up Adsense ads widget in Blogger

Go to Blogger Dashboard >> Layout.
In the sidebar or anywhere, click add a widget.
Select HTML/JavaScript from the given list.
Add Below pop-up widget code there and save the Gadget.
